Return Policy

 

All Clearance Sales Items or any items that have been otherwise discounted are considered a final sale and will not be accepted for a return.

 

For hygienic purposes Stori Anne Co. will not accept returns on any of the following items and, therefore, consider them a final sale:

  • Bandeaus
  • Tank Tops
  • Leggings
  • Socks
  • Hats
  • Hair Accessories
  • Bodysuits

 

Stori Anne Co. will accept returns on all other unwashed, unworn and unaltered merchandise in it's original condition with tags attached that is post-marked within 14 Calendar Days of shipment of your items for a refund to your original payment method.  Our typical return window for a credit to your original payment method is 7 days, we however lengthen this time window to 14 days for our online customers to account for time of shipment. Exchanges are not typically an option as items do tend to sell out quickly and Stori Anne Co. can not guarantee their availability. Stori Anne Co. will also accept returns on all other unwashed, unworn and unaltered merchandise in it's original condition with tags attached post marked within 15-21 Calendar Days of shipment for an in store credit applied to your store account to be used either in person at Stori Anne Co. or over the phone at 608-205-6263.  At this time, customers are unable to use in store credit balances online.  

 

You may submit your own request to make a return through your account on our website.  For questions on this process please contact the store.

 

Once your return is received by Stori Anne Co. your refund will be posted to your original payment method or store account within 7-10 calendar days.

 

Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within two business days from the date and time of your original purchase. A shipment confirmation will be emailed once your order is shipped out. Once shipped, orders are typically received within 5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Stori Anne Co. ships all orders with USPS Priority Shipping. Customers will not be responsible for items lost in transit during your initial shipment, the store is however notified that an item has been delivered and any issues post notification of successful delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Stori Anne Co. is not responsible for any shipping issues as a result of in-correct information on the part of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have entered valid and correct shipping information, we recommend double checking!

When Shipping a Return Back to Stori Anne Co.:

Stori Anne Co. is not responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to the store. Upon receipt of the return, a credit for the original sale value of your merchandise only will be made to your original payment form or your in store account, based on the timeline of your return. Stori Anne Co. is not responsible for the cost of any merchandise lost en-route to the store. We highly recommend adding insurance and a tracking number to your return in case of any shipping issues.

 

Price Adjustments

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer price adjustments for items purchased prior to a sale. We love doing sales for our wonderful customers but the special price offered is for that time period only, no exceptions.
